Forgot your pasby passcode
If you have forgotten your pasby passcode, you need to block/deactivate your pasby for that device and then activate a new one.
You can also do this by deleting your pasby-app, reinstalling it via the Apple app store or Google Play store and activating a new pasby.
Block my pasby
Delete my pass

-
Confirm your action by entering your pasby passcode, fingerprint or face recognition.
Reactivating pasby
If you want to use pasby again later, you will need to link your national identity once more to pasby for your device. Close and restart the app and follow the steps to activate a new pasby.
Device lost or stolen?
Have you lost you device? pasby can only be used with the unique combination of your smartphone, your pasby-app, your pasby-passcode, and or your local device biometrics. So there's no need to panic right away if your smartphone goes missing or has been stolen.
However, for safety reasons, immediately deactivate the pasby-pass on that device using the self-help portal. To access the self-help portal you need to have re-activated a pasby on your new device.
